This program is multi-faceted. It's part nutrition, part inner work, part accountability and part action. When you piece all these things together, what you experience is something truly powerful.


Growing up, many of us weren’t given the tools that taught us how to feel and process those uncomfortable feelings. We had no idea what to do with them so we just kinda stuffed them down and put on a happy face.


This is where the body is incredibly smart. When we keep stuffing those feelings down and not processing them, the body doesn’t forget. Anxiety and depression are two of the first physical expressions of stuffed down emotion. Your body is saying "My emotional bank is at capacity. I can’t take anymore on."


This is my belief. (With a ton of science and research to support it.)


I also believe that this leaves each one of us with a choice. You can choose to keep those emotions unpacked and bottled up. Continually operating at capacity, until you’ve completely exhausted your body and you feel unhealthy.


Or, you can start to unpack. Little by little. So you feel lighter. You feel happier. You look healthier and the foundation that makes you you begins to feel more solid.

How We Will Work Together:

  • Our initial call will be 2 hours via Skype. It’ll be a mix of nutritional guidance and life coaching.

  • Each follow-up call will be 60 minutes approximately every two weeks.

  • You have access to me in between sessions via email. Whether it's a win you'd like to share or you're in a place of resistance and need to reach out. 

  • You get a nutritional protocol custom designed for your unique needs.

  • You get tools and specific techniques to help you move through any uncomfortable feels in a way that brings you relief.

  • You'll understand and use self compassion techniques as a tool for helping you break through any of those uncomfortable feels.


What Other Changes You'll See:

  • You'll learn about your unique makeup when it comes to your nervous system and have the tools to take the best care of you.

  • You’ll see a big difference in how you show up at work, at home, with others and most importantly with yourself.

  • You'll walk away with more confidence, a great appreciation of yourself and how capable, strong and beautiful you are. It sounds a bit soft but it's true. Seeing yourself in a new light opens up so many doors for you.


This program is run on a 3 or 6 month option. You choose how much support you want.
