I was riddled with anxiety for many years. I didn’t know there was a word for what I felt every day. I believed I was ‘wired’ differently. That everything was supposed to feel harder for me. Studying for exams, job interviews, social events, relationships. All of it. I had zero tools to manage my emotions, so I became engulfed by them. I felt like it was me and I was simply too much. I’d leave social events so exhausted because I didn’t give myself permission to be me.


From my personal experience and numerous people I’ve coached, I know it doesn’t have to be this way.
